Dwell Deep

Walk bold

In the Waiting…

Sometimes we do the faithful work, and still find ourselves waiting.

These days, I’ve been deep in the final steps of launching something that has been stirring in my heart for a long time. There’s beauty in the building…pages being shaped, prayers being whispered, and plans coming together.

But even in the fullness of it all, the Lord has gently reminded me that waiting is still part of the work.

A Verse I’m Holding Close

“Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength;
They will mount up with wings like eagles,
They will run and not get tired,
They will walk and not become weary.”

—Isaiah 40:31 (NASB)

This verse has anchored me throughout the week. It reminds me that strength doesn’t come from striving. It comes from trusting. Waiting on God is never wasted. He moves in the stillness. He prepares us in the pauses.

If You’re in a Season of Waiting Too…

Be encouraged.

Maybe you’re preparing. Maybe you’re praying. Maybe you’re wondering when the next door will open.
Maybe you’re sitting in the quiet and it feels like nothing is happening.

But God sees you.

He strengthens us in the waiting, teaches us to trust Him more deeply, and draws us closer to His heart. Waiting isn’t a detour. It’s often the place where our faith grows deep roots.

Let’s Reflect Together

Take a moment to sit with this question:

Where might God be inviting you to wait with purpose—not passively, but prayerfully?

If you’d like guided space to process that, the newest Faith-Filled Toolkit is filled with prompts, prayers, and scripture to meet you right here in this moment.

Love,

Karen
